In the past several years I have seen a pattern of people getting better and then gong back to their old habits to just find themselves back in my office months later with a new injury or same injury showing up again. I strive to break this pattern and with the personal training services we offer to help you get stronger and prevent the pain from coming back.

Jaxon, originally from Magna, Utah, spent most of his youth in Las Vegas, Nevada. Growing up he spent every free second he had either training for baseball or doing something outdoors. After serving a mission, Jaxon was accepted to Brigham Young University and decided to forgo multiple baseball scholarships in pursuit of his education. Very quickly Jaxon learned he needed something he could work on day in and day out that challenged himself physically, so he decided to try weight training. In less than a year Jaxon decided he wanted to learn everything he could about the sport and become an elite level athlete within the sport as he had baseball. Jaxon decided to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM to expand his knowledge and currently uses that education along with thousands of hours of research to train others and advance his own athletic ability. Today Jaxon’s personal training pursuits are focused on the goals of eventually competing in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and preparing himself for his frequent and rugged hunting trips, surfing, canyoneering, and all things outdoors.”
