“Peak” Performance Phases Part of Dr. Perrin’s Philosophy
Peak One, follows an injury and is the first step in the recovery process. This step is focused on overcoming pain. In this phase, you will need to be seen two to three times a week for at least two weeks. However, if you’re dealing with a chronic problem this phases could last up to six weeks.
Peak Two is the returning to function and activity phase. The goal of the this step is to get you back to everyday life. Maintaining 90% reduced pain and returning to 100% of daily living is possible here. Coming in one to two times a week ensures progress in this phase.
Peak Three is the optimal performance phase. In this phase, increasing performance is the goal. Whether that’s an improved golf handicap, a faster mile time, or longer hiking distance, Drs. Perrin and Wadsworth help you every step of the way.
